PAINTING EXHIBITION BY DOLORES RESENDES

Dolores Resendes brings a painting exhibition (acrylic on canvas) to Nordeste during the month of September. The artist has been developing her passion for painting for several years and, since 2014, has been a student at the Atelier of the painter António Ferreira Pinto in Ponta Delgada. She has resided in Pico da Pedra since 1983 and was born in Angra do Heroísmo, Terceira Island.

AÇORIANIDADES BY SARA AZAD

A collection of drawings that aims to reflect on behavior and our current and future identity. This line of São Miguel episodes translates into an artistic and personal commitment to value, portray, and criticize the daily life of São Miguel, as well as the habits and the Azorean way of being, through an interventional and humorous approach. The exhibition is part of the programming for Ponta Delgada Portuguese Capital of Culture 2026.
